I don't know if you liked my previous blog or not. Hold on! Did you even read it? You must! It is my first blog after all! I won't force you, but it will help you to understand this blog better.
Basically, what I am trying to push here is the importance of patience. Like I talked about the "dog method" in my last blog, I am going to continue it in this blog as well... So, the crux is that you have to be consistent with what you do and stop overthinking. Just decide once and go for it.
I feel like a Pumpkin. Yes, I do. For God's sake I am 86 kgs! Why shouldn't I feel like a Pumpkin!?! I don't know what vegetable matches you best, may be gourds... peas... broccoli... okay don't kill me.
None of us are satisfied about how we look. In my gym (Yes, I workout and have lost 4 kgs in 3 weeks, mind it), I see girls trying to get a better booty (even though they look like Victoria's Secret models). And then I look at myself... and then I notice the weights they are using... most of them can't pull them up properly. And I am not lying.
You know what... when I entered this gym to enroll myself, they suggested me to go for WLP (Weight Loss Programme). But, I chose a trainer who could make me healthier and stronger. Yes, he is the best one in my gym and trains me 6 days a week (even though he is paid for 3 days a week). I will share in my next blogs that why does he train me for extra 3 days. Let's come to the point here.
The point is... if you want to begin a journey toward health, fitness, better looks, etc, you must set a target for yourself. Some most common targets are:

The point is... if you want to begin a journey toward health, fitness, better looks, etc, you must set a target for yourself. Some most common targets are:
- Lean body
- Bigger booty
- Bigger boobs
- Sexy legs
ALL BULLSHIT!
I am sorry if I sounded rude. But, trust me... you can't have a booty like Kim Kardashian without surgery. All lean people are not healthy and fit. Boobs are not the only thing in the world, people! And sexy legs won't make you the President anyway.
I know that you are intelligent and you got the point. Still I will repeat it for the confirmation... "focus on health and fitness".
Now, don't start calculating the BMI, BMR, etc. Invent your own standards. My standards include:
- to be able to eat anything
- to be able to travel in any atmosphere
- to be able to stay ahead of all the co-trekkers
- to be able to do anything that I wish for
Yes, these are my standards. I don't believe in modern science standards much. I check my weight just for fun. Because, I know that when I will be able to match my standards, I will eventually become the prettiest.
It doesn't mean that I will look prettiest to everyone. People will still find flaws in me, as I told in my previous blog that some people like Mango and some like Apple. But the best part is... I will be satisfied in my own skin. So, let's start working on it together. Let's start loving our choices and chucking the stereotype standards. If you feel fit with 75 kgs, stick to it. You don't have to get lean sacrificing all that strength and muscle. Be the way you want yourself to be. Even if the entire world rejects you after that... I will always be there to love you. XO
